How much does it cost?

There are no additional costs to the regular home loan fees.

 

Regular home loan fees include:

 

Expense Description
Deposit It is a down payment or partial payment made at the time of purchase.
The difference between the purchase price and deposit is the home loan amount.
Registration cost Includes attorney's fees for registering the home loan including stamp duty,
postage, conveyance fees and VAT.
Transfer fees

This fee is paid to the attorney processing the transfer of the property and

is calculated on a sliding scale based on the amount of the home loan.

Initiation fee A once-off fee charged by the bank in order to generate the home loan.
Service fee This is monthly fee charge on home loans for residential property.
Deeds Office fee Fees charged by the Deeds Office for registering the new ownership of the property.
